Terms

The Linde Peak Performers Program ("Program") rewards Linde Dealer Sales Representatives and Dealer Business Plan Managers.

  1. Promoter. The promoter of the Linde Peak Performers program is KION North America.
  2. Eligible Participation. Only authorized employees at Linde authorized dealer partners can participate in the program.
  3. You must be enrolled in the Program to earn points.    
  4. Eligible Deals. Only eligible sales will be considered for the issuance and fulfillment of awards.  Payout value by product type can be viewed in the program overview section. Dealer Stock Units, Linde Guardian and Linde Connect sales do not qualify.  KION may disqualify any entry (including winning entries) if a participant acts in a way which KION reasonably considers to be inappropriate, unlawful, or offensive.  All deals must be entered into CPQ to be considered eligible for points in the program.  DBP Sales Leaders must meet their quarterly retail market share target per the approved 2023 Dealer Business Plan to earn qualifying points in the program.
  5. Incentive Period. The start date is May 1, 2023, and the closing date is December 31, 2023. Any transactions before or after these shall not qualify.
  6. Participant can terminate participation at any time by emailing support@lmhpeakperformers.com.
  7. Point Expiration: Points will expire every 2 years on January 1st if a.) participant has not logged on to the website in previous 12 months OR b.) their partnership with Linde has been discontinued.
  8. Substitution. Rewards are not transferable and not exchangeable. Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash.
  9. Taxes. The participant is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes that are due. KION may issue tax reporting documents, such as U.S. Form W-2 or Form 1099, Canada T4 or T4A, or other similar international tax reporting document.
  10. Disputes. KION will decide all disputes. Its decision on the eligibility of participants, the eligibility of any claims, and the interpretation of the program rules shall be final and binding.
  11. Authority. KION reserves the right to cancel, modify, or amend the PPP at any time.
  12. Acceptance. Participants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering this incentive program.
  13. Data Protection. KION (and its designee Brightspot) may be required to store, process, transfer, and transmit personal data to administer the incentive program. Any personal data collected will be captured and processed for the sole purpose of operating the program. All participants agree to have their data captured and processed for this purpose as a condition of program participation. Participants have the right to request a copy of their data, have inaccurate data updated, and have their data removed from incentive program systems upon request.
  14. EGifts: eGift cards are subject to the terms and conditions as defined by their respective merchants and redeemable upon presentation at a single merchant or an affiliated group of merchants for goods or services. For gift card balance, terms and expiration.
